In order to use this feature, all you have to do is enable inventory syncing with Car Gurus, from your AutoPro dealership management software settings and enter your Car Gurus dealer ID.
That’s it.
The AutoPro software will take care of the rest.
Your updated vehicle inventory will be automatically sent to Car Gurus every time you perform an action in the software that has an impact on it such as adding a new vehicle, editing an existing one, making or cancelling a sale and a few more.

Once you have those 2 things, you’re all set to never have to post your dealership’s inventory to Car Gurus manually ever again.
Data is updated, and sent to Car Gurus every time an action is made that affects your AutoPro.io inventory.
Car Gurus will typically update listings twice a day.
This means there may be at most a 12 hour delay before your changes appear on the Car Gurus website.
If you need to make immediate changes, you will need to log into Car Gurus and make the changes in there.
Do not forget to make the changes in your AutoPro dealership management software as well, or they may be overwritten the next time your inventory is automatically synced.
